Terms & Conditions

"Guitar Collection " means Guitar Collection Sdn Bhd, including its directors and staff, which sells products to the Customer as identified in Guitar Collection's Quotation or Invoice.

"Customer" means the person or legal entity identified in Guitar Collection's Quotation or Invoice.

"Contract" means a contract for sale by Guitar Collection to the Customer of the products and/or services incorporating the Terms and Conditions.

No Contract shall come into existence until Guitar Collection has accepted the Customer's order. The Customer warrants that he is buying for his own use only and not for re-sale purposes.

The products sold and/or services rendered are subject to the Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by Customer. The Customer acknowledges that he is aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

All orders are not binding on Guitar Collection unless acknowledged by Guitar Collection. The prices in any quotation provided by Guitar Collection will be valid for five (5) business days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or otherwise stated as part of a special promotion campaign.

Customers may cancel order(s) prior to delivery of products provided that the order cancellations are done at least 48 hours before delivery time and acknowledged by Guitar Collection in writing. Guitar Collection reserves the right to charge Customer a cancellation fee of RM100 for cancellations done within 48 hours prior to planned delivery.

Guitarcollection.com.my is committed to maintaining customer privacy and maintaining the security of any personal data which we receive from the customer.

Customers that purchase or use our products will be asked to enter basic personal information. This information on our database is not made available to third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. The information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying customers and partners of future updates to our products or services.

We offer a range of email newsletters which we send only to those customers who have opted in to our mailing list. Customers may opt out from receiving a newsletter by either clicking on the link provided in the newsletter or by changing their contact details via our website.

We do not receive or store any credit card information. This information is taken and processed on our behalf by the our payment provider who will validate the credit for authorization and payment. 

Cookies are used when entering our site to record the location from where each visitor arrived. This information is used for tracking visitors that come from our affiliate sites. 

Each web page access is recorded in a log file. The contents of the log file are analyzed each week and each month to determine how many visitors we serve, what pages they look at most, and from where they connect. This is used to better serve our customers. This information is not shared with anyone outside our organization.

A limited warranty statement will be included with each product shipped to Customer. Guitar Collection reserves the right to modify its warranty statement at any time, at its sole discretion. Guitar Collection will be obligated to honor any such warranty only upon Guitar Collection's receipt of payment in full for the product to be warranted.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT, GUITAR COLLECTION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND THE WARRANTY STATEMENT IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. GUITAR COLLECTION SDN BHD’S LIABILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATEMENT.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Guitar Collection, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with Product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other than Guitar Collection personnel or any person authorized by Guitar Collection, to adjust, repair or support the Products and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Guitar Collection.

During the warranty period beginning on the invoice date, Guitar Collection will repair or replace Products returned to Guitar Collection. Customer must prepay shipping and transportation charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during such shipment and transportation. Guitar Collection will ship the repaired or replacement products to Customer freight prepaid, or Customer may self-collect the repaired or replacement products from Guitar Collection.

Guitar Collection does not give any warranty that the Products are fit for any particular purpose and this Standard Warranty is given in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality and/or compliance with description, all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
