Guitar Collection ships to all states in Malaysia. We use CITY-LINK Express for most of our online order. CITY-LINK Express is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, however you should allow 2-3 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia orders may often take 3 to 4 extra days, so please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

We will provide the CITY-LINK Express tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with CITY-LINK Express if necessary.

Prices, Shipping & Handling Charges/ Taxes & Customs
Customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges at the prevailing rates unless otherwise stated by Guitar Collection.

Guitar Collection shall deliver the products to the specified location as given by Customer and agreed to by Guitar Collection. Location of delivery must be accessible by road.

Products delivered must be received by Customer, or a representative authorized by Customer in writing.

Guitar Collection may, at its discretion, deliver the products by installments in any sequence. If the products are delivered by installments, each installment delivery shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate contract and no default or failure by Guitar Collection in respect of any one or more installments shall invalidate the Contract in respect of the products previously delivered or undelivered products.

Any delivery, shipment or installation dates given by Guitar Collection are estimates only and shall not form part of the Contract. Guitar Collection will not be liable for any losses, damages, cost or expenses for any failure to deliver in accordance with the given delivery, shipment or installation date, howsoever caused.

Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed to by Guitar Collection, at its sole discretion. Such an agreement, if any, will be provided only in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed to in a formal agreement between Customer and Guitar Collection. Title to and risk of loss or damage in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products to Customer.

Availability of the Products is limited and Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Guitar Collection reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all Products. If there is any revision or cessation, Guitar Collection may ship products that have the functionality and specifications of the Products ordered ("Substituted Products") but there will be differences in the specifications between what was shipped and what was ordered. Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such differences if Customer accepts delivery of the Substituted Products.

All products sold at Guitar Collection will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at enquiry@guitarcollection.com.my   within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

Guitar Collection will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to Guitar Collection Malaysia address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to Guitar Collection, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to Guitar Collection within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. 

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Guitar Collection error, a restocking fee of 15%  may be charged.
