The DH90 Hirade concert classic is handcrafted in our pro series facility that has been building precision quality instruments over five decades.
A sterling example of the luthier’s art, these classical guitars that bear the name of Master Luthier Mass Hirade are still built by hand in our Takamine pro facility in Japan. Features the unique look and sonic enhancement of an oval soundhole and a solid spruce top for powerful lows, shimmering mids and a clear high end. The solid rosewood back and sides enhance the projection and add to the overall beauty of the guitar. This guitar is popular with latin and flamenco players. Gloss natural finish provides durability and adds to the beauty of the guitar.
Built with the performer in mind, it features Takamine’s proprietary CT4-DX preamp system paired with duo of the unique Palathetic under-saddle pickup and Takamine original soundboard transducer for peerless amplified response. The CT4-DX provides independent control over both pickups, each of which will then have two-band EQ and a notch filter control. You can also alter the mix levels of each of the pickups, and an onboard chromatic tuner.
